Do you charge transaction fees?


No. We do not take a cut of your sales. There are no transaction fees.


Can I upgrade between plans?


Yes, you can upgrade plans at any time. If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, we apply a pro-rata charge for that month.


How many products can I add to my store?


The system does not apply limits to the number of products you can add. You just work within the space and monthly traffic allowances of your plan. If you have small product photos and short descriptions you could potentially fit hundreds or thousands of products on even the lowest of our plans. Can I sell internationally?


Yes. You can sell overseas. You can set up countries you will sell to and rates for those countries. If you are using Australia Post calculator, you can also use the automatic calculator for international letters and parcels.
